Manage Travel Data with TravelMan
Omega uses Hi-Mark Travel Systems’ TravelMan for providing
reports to its clients. TravelMan is a third party graphical reporting
system that operates in a Windows environment for users to access
data and produce reports. With TravelMan you have access to critical
information to improve your business performance, consolidate
travel data from multiple sources and provide a basis for vendor

travel pattern, our customers can go online, manipulate the data
as needed and run their own report. Webman can help you efficiently
manage your travel information and access data when you need it. |

Dashboards
TRX Dashboards reporting provides easy access to all information
needed to manage program information. The data integration enables
travel managers to tailor reports based on various metrics including
market share, air spend, average ticket price, online adoption,
hotel bookings and the like. It consolidates and arranges data
on a single screen from multiple sources so the information can
be monitored at a glance. |

Dynamic Excel
Dynamic Excel reports are a user friendly and visually appealing
reporting tool that has a similar feel and effectiveness to a
standard reporting dashboard. One advantage over the dashboard
is that it is printable, e-mail friendly, and can be managed by
the end user (e.g. drill downs to multiple levels, allows data
manipulation to create unique charts, etc.). The reports can also
be tailored to meet the needs of both Omega’s internal needs
and client specifications including but not limited to data analysis,
